Interlocking in Newmarket

Backyard patios, front walks and driveway borders for Newmarket's family neighbourhoods.

Patios, walkways & driveways in Newmarket

Newmarket is family backyards: Stonehaven, Summerhill Estates, Woodland Hill and Glenway all have the 40 to 50 foot lots where a 300 square foot patio, a seating wall and a paver path to the shed make the yard usable. We also do a lot of front-walk and porch work in the older streets around Main Street and Gorham.

The soil shifts from moraine sand in the south to clay in the north end. We check it at the estimate and build the base to suit, which is why our Newmarket patios don't heave.

Patios that fit the family

The most requested Newmarket layout: a slab patio off the back door, a step-down to a second level for the fire pit, and a paver path along the side of the house so nobody tracks mud through the garage. We plan it so the grill, table and lounge each have a spot.

Front-yard work is straightforward here: a new walk and landing, sometimes a driveway border, on a one- to two-day schedule.

Serving Stonehaven, Summerhill Estates, Woodland Hill, Glenway, Gorham-College Manor, Bristol-London, Huron Heights, Armitage and Central Newmarket.
