Patios, walkways & driveways in Etobicoke
Etobicoke splits into two kinds of hardscape jobs. In the Kingsway, Princess-Rosethorn and Humber Valley the homes are established, the trees are huge and the projects are refined: natural-stone entrances, tumbled-paver walks and back patios that respect root zones. In Mimico, Long Branch and Alderwood the bungalows are being rebuilt, and we do the full front-and-back package on the new house.
Lake-side neighbourhoods sit on heavy lake clay. That clay is stable when dry and moves when wet, so every Etobicoke base gets geotextile, full-depth granular and proper slope to a drain.

Working under big trees
Kingsway lots come with 80-year-old oaks and maples. We hand-dig near major roots, keep the base flexible around them, and design walkways that curve around trees rather than cutting through. The result lasts longer and the tree survives.
For the new builds south of Lake Shore, the request is almost always modern: large-format slabs, linear steps and a driveway with a clean border.
Serving the Kingsway, Islington, Princess-Rosethorn, Humber Valley, Mimico, Long Branch, Alderwood, New Toronto, Royal York, Markland Wood and Rexdale.
