Every spring our crews were being called to re-level patios and walkways that other contractors had installed a few years earlier on two inches of gravel. The pavers were fine. The base underneath had never been built.
So we build them the way the paver manufacturers actually specify: full-depth excavation, geotextile on clay, Granular A compacted in lifts, edge restraint on every side, polymeric sand in every joint. It costs a little more up front. It also means we are not back in three years.
How we run a job
One point of contact. You deal with the same person from the estimate to the walkthrough.
Photos of the base. Before the first paver goes down we photograph the compacted base and send it to you. You see what you are paying for.
Clean site every night. Materials stacked, tools away, sidewalk swept. Your neighbours will not hate you.
Written warranty. 2-year workmanship warranty on every installation. If a section we built settles or shifts, we lift it, fix the base and relay it.
